Here’s everything you need for a smooth co-working experience:

Download Nexudus Passport App

For ease of access to your RVC Works account - updating plans, booking day passes and phone booth time, etc. - download the Nexudus Passport App. Login in with your RVC Works account and password.

Access to RVC Works

With our secure keyless entry, all you need is a smartphone and the KISI app! Here’s what you need to do:

Download the KISI app on your smartphone
Create an account with the same email you registered with RVC Works
Enable location settings on your phone for the KISI app
Open the KISI app whenever you’re near the front door and click on Main Entrance
Voila! The door is unlocked
RVC Works will show up as one of your places beginning on your contract start date

Day Pass and Phone Booth Bookings

For Day Pass (individual or packages), you will need to "book" the days you want to use the space. You can do this the night before or the day of. When you make your booking, the system will automatically add you and activate your access to space for that day.

Sign into your account on the RVC Works website
Click on Bookings
Choose DAY PASS or PHONE BOOTH
For Day Pass:
- Choose Day Pass – access hours from 7:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday-Friday
For phone booth:
- Choose Studio 41, Studio B, or Studio ROOM to check availability
Book your time and you’re all set!

Safety Protocols

The safety and health of our members and community are a top priority for us at RVC Works. We have been working to best meet the changing needs of the RVC community during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond so our members can be safe and focus their energy on their work.

During this time, every monthly member will have a designated seat assignment. Check with Amin when you arrive to confirm your space. Please note that seat assignments may shift as we navigate through the re-opening. We appreciate your understanding.

We are continually monitoring and following government guidelines as set forth by New York State (here) and the CDC (here). We encourage our community to stay up to date on the recommended guidelines to take care of themselves and each other. To learn more about what we’re doing, please visit our Safety Protocols page.
